Your requests
Your name, email and message are required to respond to your request. Your organization and the services you select are optional.
Data is used only for the requests and projects you initiate: steps before a contract to prepare a project, the contract to carry it out, and our legitimate interest in responding to other questions.
The form cannot be sent without the required fields.
How long is data kept?
Requests without a project: 12 months after the last exchange. Client projects: for the duration of the project, then 5 years to defend our rights (legitimate interest). Accounting records: 10 years after the close of the fiscal year (legal obligation). These periods also apply to accessible copies.
The email delivery service keeps a copy for 30 days, then up to 7 further days in backups.
Site operation
Your IP address and technical browser data help protect the site against abuse, based on our legitimate interest in securing the service.
Protection data is kept for no more than 24 hours; technical logs, for 3 days.
Statistics and preferences
With your consent, we measure visits, pages viewed, traffic sources, countries, devices, browsers and performance to improve the site, without tracking cookies or persistent identifiers.
Raw events are kept for 7 days, then replaced by sampled statistics. The last 6 months are available to view. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time, without affecting access to the site or processing already carried out.
Your analytics choice is remembered for 180 days. Language is remembered for one year in a cookie and in your browser until deleted. A temporary navigation marker is removed on the next page or when the tab closes. These functions are necessary for the site to operate.
Technical services
Only the studio and its hosting, email, security and analytics providers access the data they need. Some processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Transfers are covered by European Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision. A copy of the safeguards is available on request.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and object or request portability under the conditions set by the GDPR. Under French law, you may also give instructions for your data after your death.
Rights requests are handled to meet our legal obligation and kept for 12 months after the last exchange.

Make a request about my data
We respond within one month. This may be extended by two months when necessary; you will be informed within the first month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
